As a CEO for a major health insurance company, David Kikumoto had a front-row seat as health care costs began to spiral out of control and employers chose to shift more and more of the cost to employees. David recognized early on that this was not a sustainable long-term strategy and that employers needed a more innovative and proactive approach. In founding DMA, he brought his unique experience and expertise to the benefits consulting marketplace to help employers break the cost trend.
While David’s vision has guided our company since its inception, DMA continues to attract outstanding talent who drive our mission. Our team is comprised of experienced individuals with no-fail attitudes who are determined to think creatively and deliver positive outcomes for our clients.
Over the years, DMA has expanded its team and added an office in Salt Lake City, Utah. We are licensed in all 50 states and work with a variety of local, regional and national clients across the country.
