Dave Gregory

President and Chief Operating Officer

Dave joined DMA in 2012 and is the President and Chief Operating Officer. He has more than 35 years of experience working in the employee benefits industry as a broker and consultant and also as a senior sales and service representative with Blue Cross and Blue Shield of Colorado.

Dave has extensive experience in self-funding medical plans and in data analysis. He has worked with plans of all sizes, and on some very large projects, including implementing the Colorado Uninsurable Health Insurance Plan (CUHIP), establishing benefit programs for the first spin-off of a group of federal employees into an ESOP-owned company, and building benefit programs for an acquisition by the largest ski resort in the country.

Dave received his bachelor’s degree with honors majoring in insurance from Drake University, and he is also a Certified Employee Benefit Specialist (CEBS), Chartered Life Underwriter (CLU) and Chartered Property and Casualty Underwriter (CPCU).

Dave and his wife, Vicki enjoy going to the mountains to ski and vacations in Hawaii.
